I am mainly self-taught although I did art studies while at secondary school in St. Lucia. My love for wildlife art flourished in my teen years which eventually led me to my professional career in the environmental field.

It’s great to see your art again. I hope you are doing well. It’s been a couple years, but am hoping to teach UVM’s St. Lucia course next year.
All the best,
Good to make contact again. We are fine here; keeping busy with work. Let me know how the St. Lucia course plan works out.
Hi, i’m your biggest fan in being an early artist as well. i love your work which includes a variety of different plants and birds.
Hi! This is a wonderful site and I have spent hours going through it and still have not seen it all. You have done a great job Chris.
I really enjoyed reading the tributes to fallen conservationists and the contributions each of them made to saving the St Lucia environment. Present inhabitants of St Lucia owe them a debt of gratitude.
I thought of this when last month early morning my daughter and I were walking the main road Soufriere to Castries, just before Quatre Chemins had the good fortune to first hear the parrots and then spot them flying from feeding. Made my day!
I really appreciate your kind comments!!! Indeed Saint Lucians owe these conservation pioneers so much given that the land and water is the base for our tourism, agric…our livelihood; life! Always nice to see the parrots and great that they are making a comeback in many areas.
